I wanted to get caught up with the cards that I made over the years and I know there's more that I didn't take pictures of but this feels like an accomplishment to get up-to-date. Saturday, February 7, 2015. With an abundance of vegetables in their garden, M's parents sent home tomatoes, cucumbers and onions with M on Labor Day weekend for me. I pulled out some funky papers and I just went with whatever came to mind. I originally planned on completely black and white but thought some yellow would add a little pop to it. Saturday, February 7, 2015. I made two cards in May 2014 for Mother's Day. One was for my mom and the other for M's mom. Both of these cards were smaller than normal greeting card size. This card was for my mom. This was M's mom's card. I also stamped and colored this bag which was bag in which one of my mom's Mother's Day gifts was in. Sunday, March 16, 2014. I have been debating on whether or not to do this post for a couple of weeks. After careful thought, I've finally decided to write it. I believe the quality of my posts have suffered as well. In recent posts, I'm blogging just to blog and quickly document what I've done instead of taking my time and enjoying it. Saturday, March 7, 2015. July 2014 - Fourth of July. M and I decided to do go on a somewhat impromptu trip for the Fourth of July. Thankfully, I have a sister in the hotel business that was able to set us up nicely. We stayed in Canal Park in Duluth on Thursday, July 3rd and then in Two Harbors on Friday, July 5th. Once we got there, we went directly to see if there were any ships coming in. We got lucky and saw one departing right away. There were so many people there. We then went up to Enger Tower.
