We are almost through week 4 – aka recovery week. Recovery week doesn’t mean you sit around and eat junk all week, it just means you scale down the training load slightly to give your body a slight break. The idea is to make you come back stronger next week. Monday: 300 yd swim, 2 mile run (fast pace). Wednesday: 8-10 mile bike. Friday: 300 yd swim, 3 mile run. Bed of Roses,Not. Saturday, October 2, 2010. I feel like I have aged so much. Time flies and in less than one month's time, Baby Rafa is going to be here. Life is quietly blissful, not that it is perfect but Rafa's continuous kicks and punches put us in our places whenever we were about to go crazy with our lashings.
