I Carry Your Heart With Me: When I Grow Up
http://emilyandsean.blogspot.com/2010/04/when-i-grow-up.html
I Carry Your Heart With Me. Thursday, April 15, 2010. When I Grow Up. Olivia is fascinated with all of the things she is going to be able to do when she grows up. Perhaps it is because we find it a convenient answer to all of the things she wants to do but can't. As in "Mommy, I want to go to work with you." My reply, "Sorry, sweetie, work is for grown ups." It is a perfectly rational answer that she readily accepts. 1) Mommy, when Gavin grows up, can I buy him a big boy jacket? April 25, 2010 at 8:00 PM.

That's Just My Opinion: The Happiness Challenge: Day 19
http://stephinbham.blogspot.com/2012/03/happiness-challenge-day-19.html
Monday, March 19, 2012. The Happiness Challenge: Day 19. I'm not known for my patience, so once I cut my long hair between my sophomore and junior years of college, it never really stood a chance of growing out long again. Until. Until May 2008. I suddenly, almost overnight, found myself facing a divorce, and I'll be honest: It felt like my entire world was spinning upside-down and out of control. Every decision was being made for. Me, and what I wanted didn't matter. Until it hit my shoulders? When I lo...

That's Just My Opinion: Oh, HAY.
http://stephinbham.blogspot.com/2012/09/oh-hay.html
Tuesday, September 25, 2012. No fanfare, no excuses. Just easing back into this blogging thing. Again. I've possibly chosen my busiest time of year to add something else to the ever-lengthening to-do list, but I do love to overextend myself. I'm going to phone it in today, though, with a link to a guest post. I did over at Sweet. Southern. Spirited. A few months ago. Wish me luck. Here we go—wheeeee! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). That's Just My Opinion: The Happiness Challenge: Day 28
http://stephinbham.blogspot.com/2012/03/happiness-challenge-day-28.html
Wednesday, March 28, 2012. The Happiness Challenge: Day 28. Yesterday the UGA Sports Communication office released some pictures of spring football practice. But these were no ordinary photos. My boyfriend was there. My man there on the right. Yeah. I believe I may have mentioned before that I am truly madly deeply in love with Hines Ward. (Get it? Hines and my hometown boy Crowell, who I hope won't play like a showboat pansy this year. Cheers to my potential future happiness! That gif is fantastic!

That's Just My Opinion: The Happiness Challenge: Day 25
http://stephinbham.blogspot.com/2012/03/happiness-challenge-day-25.html
Sunday, March 25, 2012. The Happiness Challenge: Day 25. It's Sunday Funday, folks! And then I decided to do something about it. About four years ago, my church. Sometimes, I'd meet friends for dinner (Val and I got into a real Sunday night P.F. Chang's pattern for awhile) or, better yet, go to the movies like I talked about here. Then I'd come home and watch Desperate Housewives on DVR. (See, the church attendance washes away the sin of the nighttime soap opera addiction. Ha. Kidding.). The Happiness Ch...

I Carry Your Heart With Me. Saturday, March 27, 2010. The house across the street from ours is finally finished! It was at the framing stage when we moved in back in August, and now a lovely family with three year old twins (a boy and a girl) plus a baby on the way are our new neighbors. It couldn't be more perfect. The twins were born 2 days after Olivia, and they are quickly becoming friends. Olivia figures she has the good end of the deal. The new friends have:. A small moonwalk jumpie.

I Carry Your Heart With Me: October 2009
http://emilyandsean.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
I Carry Your Heart With Me. Thursday, October 29, 2009. Who knew that a 3 year old could be soooo particular about her daily outfit? Olivia has always liked clothes and even more, shoes. On a fall shoe shopping trip a few months ago, she begged for some brown boots she'd spotted. It is a bit worrisome (do I have an OCD child? And besides, it is working. This morning she left for school in an outfit she has historically refused to wear with the brown boots on her feet. Monday, October 26, 2009. This morni...
