Lines From The Vine. Just another WordPress.com weblog. Laquo; Veteran's Day. Happy Birthday, Julian S! Well, so much for that idea! My day took a quick turn after I posted my first blog. Big surprise. I managed a shower and to have my teeth brushed! I even brushed through my hair…aren’t you proud? We drank cocoa and giggled through the morning. In an effort to have a head start on our Sunday fellowship at church, the children all helped mix up cornbread, which I burned. Such is life. It all worked out.

Laquo; Weeks…. 38 weeks, 6 days. 38 Weeks, 3 Days. The simmering Alabama heat (today it’s supposed to be 98 , in our home it is 83 with the air on) makes it almost impossible to find any comfortable spot when you are not pregnant, much less when you are this close to a due date. I’ve tried to just sit around and drink lots of water today, but I find myself longing for the night time when the temps will drop back down. Of course, in another week and a half, it might be someone else Rug Doctoring for me!
