在超市裡買到這個粉腸的時候,我超開心的. 粉腸,是台灣賣湯麵的路邊攤,都會賣的小菜.我是在香港西貢海鮮,隔壁的超市-新永源,買到的.不過,後來發現99大華也有,只是之前沒注意到. 8220;粉腸"是豬小腸的上半段,也就是說並不用擔心,像處理豬大腸一樣,要處理便便的問題. 基本上,只要注意如果顏色有較深的部分,要切掉.可能會苦. (我猜可能是分泌物,或是那段生病了). 先將整段粉腸洗乾淨,不要切小段. 第一, 像燙豬肉一樣,用熱水燙過,去腥味. 第二, 再用高湯去煮. 第三, 煮好再用剪刀剪成小塊. 喜歡加薑絲,就切點薑絲配. 簡單幾個步驟,就完成了. 很簡單吧? 我是用壓力鍋,加 高湯罐煮的. 等水開後,轉中火煮15分鐘. 如果是一般鍋子應該要煮半個小時至45分鐘. 另外,如果你剛好要滷豬肉, 也可以放進去一起滷,就不用特地煮一鍋高湯啦 很省事! 熱熱的吃有點不太好咬.放入冰箱,隔天吃,不用加熱,吃起來還不錯,口感和路邊攤 的很像. 法式薄餅 Crêpe →. 上個禮拜趁著國慶假期,飛去西雅圖玩了十幾天,其中五天玩奧林匹克國家公園(Olympic National Park). 我們背了帳篷,睡袋,五天的食物。 就這樣在沒有網路,沒得洗澡,更沒有沖水馬桶的世界過了5天,走了44英哩(70公里)。 在大華買魚頭,可以請他們洗乾淨,切四大塊,然後去炸。 我是選最便宜的魚頭,1磅US$2.99.如果選用鮭魚頭,當然也可以。 炸魚頭3大塊, 白菜1/3顆, 金針菇半包, 秀珍菇半盒, 豆腐1/2盒, 紅蘿蔔1條, 小干貝10幾顆,. 黑木耳6-8塊, 金針, 香菇3朵(這三個材料要先泡水). 蒜頭8瓣, 乾辣椒2條 ,薑3片. 沙茶醬,醬油,米酒,醋,香油,鹽. 1 黑木耳,金針,香菇要提早泡水. 2 先加小干貝到1/3鍋水中加熱. (沒有小干貝的,可省略). 3 趁著煮干貝水時,準備其它材料.準備要清洗切塊的食材-白菜,金針菇, 秀珍菇,紅蘿蔔。 5 加入米酒,醋,煮個15分鐘. 6 再加入沙茶醬,和醬油,鹽巴調味,再滾約5分鐘.最後加上香油,上桌. 作這道菜,比較費時的只是洗菜,準備材料.你也可以省略材料,只用魚頭,白菜,金針菇,香菇,和豆腐。

這個周末是美國獨立紀念日(7月4日),是長周末,有三天假.親愛的老公計畫了五天登山露營旅行,地點在華盛頓州的奧林匹克國家公園(Olympic National Park). 主要是因為老公的表弟住在華盛頓州,所以我們選擇了這個地點. 除了去爬山(其實hiking trial都在平地上,應該叫遠足嗎? 表弟家有個漂亮的平底鍋,讓我想到前幾天看到的一天網誌在賣鍋子 (部落格名稱是: 自在生活’s Grace),介紹鍋子好,可以用來煎出漂亮的法式薄餅.所以就想來用表弟家的鍋子來試試法式薄餅. 法式薄餅也很簡單(好像我都選簡單的作,呵呵).材料很少,部驟也很簡潔.想變換花樣,只要在搭配的餡料上作變化即可.我今天作的昰香蕉巧克力薄餅,就表弟家現有的材料餡料去做出來的. 蛋1顆,牛奶1杯,中筋麵粉1/2杯,鹽少許. 香蕉,巧克力醬,葡萄果醬,蜂蜜. 2 放入冰箱約15分鐘,等待氣泡消失.因為剛剛攪拌時可能產生一些氣泡. 4 接下來就是加入你想要加入的餡料,我就只加入巧克力醬,將巧克力均勻推開在一半的薄餅上.然後折疊起來.上面在加上香蕉,果醬,和蜂蜜. Larr; 粉蒸 (粉腸).

老實說, 我從來沒聽過karmel cake or caramel cake, 也沒出過. 應該是焦糖口味的蛋糕吧. 這蛋糕分兩個部分: caramel 跟 batter. 76 oz light brown sugar. 首先把奶油, brown sugar, 跟3/4 cup的牛奶放在火爐上加熱. 不停的攪拌, 混合均勻. 等到都奶油brown sugar都均勻溶化, 開始量溫度. 讓焦糖一直沸煮到238F,又叫"soft-ball" stage. 還瞞好玩的 溫度計上刻有不同的名稱. 從soft ball, firm ball, hard ball, soft crack. 可能要煮個10分鐘左右. 要小心盯好邊攪拌. 如果超過238F, 糖漿會開始燒焦在鍋底. 有燒焦鍋子就很難洗了. 書上說, 如果糖漿不到一個cup, 要加水加到一個cup. 不過從我幾次的失敗經驗(沒錯. 這recipe也是失敗了不少次. 一次就成功的好日子不再回來了.) 千萬不要加水! 如果加水加到1 cup, 後來的麵團會很稀, 蛋糕會發不起來. 讓焦糖冷卻 完全冷卻以後, 才能開始做麵團. 大概要等個1小時.
