Trying to pull our feet out of the mud is so tiring and making the chores take so much longer; on top of all that it has been blowing a gale too. I managed to catch Biffy chewing on hay with his fleece being blown about. I love the way his topknot looks, it's as though he had put a parting in it. Paddock cleaning is now hard work as the poo is frozen to the ground and we have to hit it to loosen it first. We must look quite a sight bashing the ground as we walk around. I gave money to the same sidewalk guy twice (he actually told me I had done that.luckily I was out of change by then). I counted 40 coffee shops and one Sobey's before I gave up counting. Assessed the cognitive skills of obese people before and after weight loss surgery and found that patients scored higher on brain function tests after shedding some pounds. The participants underwent gastric band surgery. Twelve weeks after the procedure the patients had lost an average of 50 pounds each. Also used MRI imaging.
