Last week, I visited the new French market in downtown Chicago and grabbed a take-out menu from Bowl Square, a Korean food vendor. On it, scrawled in a black faux handwriting was: Healthy Korean Fare, the Hot New Cuisine in the U.S.”. My immediate reaction was a mental double take. Did I read that correctly?
