http://www.makingemerys.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html

Thursday, December 25, 2014. Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Happy Birthday, to me! Birthdays are always special. This birthday I took my Dad out for his. We went to Vic and Anthony's after my rave reviews. We had such a good time and filled ourselves with good food. I love family time and that Sadie and I have started spending our birthdays with our parents. Emery Christmas had the BEST Santa stop by! Now to sleep so Santa leaves presents! http://www.makingemerys.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html

Monday, March 31, 2014. It's not me, it's YOU! I broke up with my most recent OB today. Ugh. I'm still so annoyed with him. From the beginning I have had horrible patient care from him. The first time, he completely forgot our plan and tried to do something else. No big deal, he's busy. The second time, it took him two weeks to call me back after a blood test that would lead me to be diagnosed with PCOS. The third time, he took 3 weeks to call me back and discuss my ultrasound results. 3 weeks! We are wr...

Making Emerys: April 2014

Saturday, April 26, 2014. I had my family consult with a new doctor. I like her. She gets down to business. So much so that before I left I had 13 vials of blood taken, instructions for R and a procedure lined up for me. At the end he got really nasty, really, really, really nasty. He said, "You need to see a reproductive endocrinologist. Good luck." click. I'm a strong person. I have a very good, simple life. I don't really let people get to me with their opinions about me. BUT! Yeah, my life's motto.

hydrobabies: January 2015

http://hydrobabies.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html

Life with our 25 weekers. Here we are on that hospital flow again. Aiden's been really sick lately and so we finally brought him to the ER today. Mainly to check for a shunt malfunction. 14 hours later and we're shacked up in a private suite (it's the little things, right? At this point we know it's not the shunt. Poor munchkin is not happy 😞. hydrobabies: May 2014

http://hydrobabies.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html

Life with our 25 weekers. To my kids on mothers day. Three years ago today you were merely a cluster of cells. Ok, maybe you were something more at this point but whatever. I was newly pregnant. We already knew there were two of you in there. Our minds were already blown and our hearts were already filling with love for these two human beings that would create our family. Five [updates] for Friday. This is pretty much how he relaxed the entire time in the hospital. 2 Easter came and went in a blur. T...

Life with our 25 weekers. On this very day. We are so proud of you each and every day. You are truly a blessing and have changed our lives in more ways than one. Diclaimer: Most of the video is cute, baby kisses. Some of it contains a child whining. I apologize in advance. Seems as though throwback Thursday is a phrase that will soon be coined as an official word in Webster's dictionary. Oh no wait, it's a phrase, not a word. So that won't work. So what, wikipedia or something? And then there was sleep.

hydrobabies: March 2014

http://hydrobabies.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html

Life with our 25 weekers. This month is Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month. And he was right. Aiden, who does not have CP, has been developing pretty typically. He may be on a slightly delayed schedule, but he is hitting all of his milestones. And in certain areas, such as speech, he is exceeding our and his therapists' expectations of him. I walked in the door after work that day, and baby boy was using his walker like a boss. Things have been super busy at our house as always, but sort of calm at the same ...

hydrobabies: mr. ryan

http://hydrobabies.blogspot.com/2013/07/mr-ryan.html

Life with our 25 weekers. This past Friday we took Ryan back to the physiatrist. For a follow up visit. Our main reason for the follow up was to discuss some equipment that our therapists have mentioned would be beneficial to Ryan's development. Before I move on, this is Ryan in the waiting room. I can't believe how big he looks in photos. It always shocks me, but he is almost two so I really need to get off the baby bandwagon. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wife to Seamus. Preemie Resource Blog: October 2012

http://preemiemomblog.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html

Thursday, October 11, 2012. I wish I had written this sooner as I worry now that some of the details are getting a little too fuzzy, but looking back a year later it all still seems so surreal. I wasn’t strong enough till now to do this, so it just had to wait. We cried. We called our parents and asked for prayers. My dad and his wife promised to be on a plane within the next 24 hours. We slept. As they wheeled me down the hall, I yelled, “let’s go have a birthday party” and joked with ...8221; I knew if...

making ends meat

Monday, May 19, 2008. About three years ago, I became intrigued by the raw food movement when I found Raw Food Real World. The companion cookbook to the Gramercy Park restaurant here in New York, Pure Food and Wine. Sarma and Matthew's romance came to a violent and turbulent end, leaving Sarma with the restaurant and a raw food empire to manage on her own. Serves 2 as an appetizer or main course. 1 large beefsteak (or heirloom) tomato. For the Sundried Tomato Pesto-Caponata:. 2 cups Sundried Tomatoes.
