Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Thanksgiving 2011 was special this year. Not because I got to eat an entire meal cooked by my husband (pie included) but it also included a birth. And a VBAC, no less! After several hours of labor and an epidural for comfort, Baby A was born! And yes, the hubs did a GREAT job on dinner. My plate of leftovers around 8:30pm hit the spot! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Thursday, October 22, 2009. What an amazing day - Here comes baby M. I've joked to several clients that I'm a "speedy" doula. Most of my births have been around the 4 hour mark, give or take a few hours. However, I knew that a long one would happen, it was only a matter of time. Wednesday, January 06, 2010. It's been awhile, I know! So a few short little things to get you up to date:. 1 I've recovered from Meg's bday, only to realize my big guy is turn in 5 in THREE WEEKS! Which he reminds me on a near hourly schedule. This will also be his first 'friends' party - which will also be a lot of fun. 2 Christmas was excellent, Santa was very good to us this year (PS3 and Rockband! 4 I have all my xmas decs down except for the tree.
