Here's what I want to put on a blog. Monday, October 27, 2014. 10-22-14. Very calm, foggy, warmer, - - breakfast. The sea from 16 stories up looks very smooth, no white caps. The person or persons programming music for the various venues and restaurants has totally missed the boat, the average age on this ship is not 20, more like 50. Today is Marionette Theatre day in Salzburg, Die Zauberflöte, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The show was very good, we enjoyed it a lot. Here's what I want to put on a blog. Monday, October 06, 2014. You see, here an outing, almost any outing, always includes a stop for some sort of food and drink. In the morning our hostess at the apartment, gave me a small homemade cake with a real rose in the wrapping, Runi gave me, us, that beautiful outing to the lake, her sister have me a good portion of Appel Strudel and even the dog, Dony, gave me a cookie with a plastic dog on top. It's Manfred's Place, too - - Just personal information for friends and family. Tuesday, October 28, 2014. We're not home, yet, but getting closer. We got off our big, beautiful ship, Oasis of the Seas, yesterday and stayed in the Best Western. Karen picked us up this morning and drove us to Orlando to stay a week in a big, beautiful World Mark condo. It's 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, bigger than our house. We will be here for a week. This is the fountain in the lobby. And the grand piano. Cruising home on Oasis.

Drive to Leavenworth WA, stay in a WorldMark resort condo, w/Bill Jones. Bill is already staying with us for Christmas and New Years. We need to go see some snow. February 3 to 10. Fly to San Diego, visit Fitz, do dentist in TJ. Manfred broke some teeth in his permanently implanted denture. Good excuse to visit our dear friends in SoCal.

We, Manfred and I and Bill Jones, are having a fantastic stay in the WorldMark condo in Leavenworth. Fantastic because there was a freezing rain and all the trees, branches, leaves and needles are neatly encased in ice. It is so beautiful, and enhances the Christmas lights. So I very happily brought him in. Our little rug was a disaster, with candle wax and years of dirt. The Kirby cleaned it good ;). Then he came out with the offers. We came to see our WorldMark concierge,Tamas, to make some plans to go to Europe with our new credits. Tamas is now the manager here. We were here in January, but that's when it was full of ice and Xmas lights. Now it's pretty plain, getting ready for spring. We return to Port Orchard on Friday, the 20th. Not one of those pre-pay junk ones that can't text and are always out of minutes. This is sooo coool! Finally, I can phone people, receive calls, and text, just like regular people. And it even has a keyboard! And all thanks to my so-wonderful #1 daughter-in-law. I put the Chihuly w/Space needle pic as home screen. A phone, finally.
