Janice was happy as many rural school divisons closed because of icy roads. Eric started shoveling the driveway, lots of snow. Must be the most at one time all winter. Saturday, July 3, 2010. Travelling by bicycle is hard work. After a long day of pedalling we like to see how many bergens and animals we can squeeze in one room and all lay on the floor. Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Happy Birthday, Henry! We were invited to Henry Stubbert's 5th birthday on Wednesday, April 13th, 2011. His party was at Chuck E. Cheese, and we had a lot of fun (I mean, who doesn't have fun at Chuck E. Cheese? Happy Birthday, Henry! We had some pizza and played lots of games. Before we ate cake and watched Henry open his presents. Flora, the Birthday boy and his Dad, Courtney. Finley was still a "great shot" even with his cast :). Ethan, Macey and Emma were so excited.

Today I don't have time to put up a picture, but I thought I'd send along this recipe which has won rave reviews in a household where anything with squash in it rarely gets the time of day. From the Simply in Season Cookbook. I used butterCUP squash instead of butterNUT because I've had six of these squash hanging around for months! Chances are they will ALL be used towards this recipe before winter is done with us. 1 1/2 lb boneless pork (cut in 3/4in. cubes). 3 C chicken broth.
