Zuckero Family: September 2008
http://zuckerofamily.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
I can do all things through Christ who strenghens me. Philippians 4:13. Wednesday, September 17, 2008. He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust." Psalm 91:2. The Power in "no power". We have a lot to be thankful for this week! The Power in "no power". On Friday night Ike was downright wicked. Scary. The limbs of trees with trunks as big around as my waist were twisted off...And n...

Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Three weeks, 2 days. Tonight I realized it'd been six weeks almost since i last wrote on the blog and I felt compelled to put something down. I'm sorry. I suppose a part of me has wanted to sort of withdraw and just relax mentally. it's hard to believe that in a little over three weeks - three weeks from this Friday - we will be meeting our third daughter. Monday, June 23, 2008. No eye has seen. Because even if He killed me. I'd keep on hoping.". Because we can dream without Him. There is something harder to do than dream, something deeper and grittier and much more costly. Hope. It is the better of the two, and it is one of the bests we as believers are called to. Posted by vim dash. Thursday, June 19, 2008. I know you have all been anxious. we lost internet access yesterday - of all days! But we're back in action and the new is. Posted by vim dash. Our p...

Thursday, January 6, 2011. We call Abraham 'father' not because he got God's attention living like a saint, but because God made something out of Abraham when he was a nobody. .Abraham was first named father - and then became a father, because he dared to trust God to do what only God could do: raise the dead to life, with a word make something out of nothing." (Romans 17-18, The Message). Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you! Posted by vim dash. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wednesday, September 17, 2008. Thank you all for being one of the many who reached out to Conor and I over the last twelve months to carry our burden. Your letters and cards and e-mails and even - of course! Comments on this blog, have meant more to me than I can express. I am forever altered by the way you have loved me. It will always shape the way I love others from now on and it will give me strength as I continue to walk this path the Lord has called me to. Posted by vim dash.

Tristan Asher Hostetter: January 2008

Dec 3, 2007-Jan 27, 2008. Thursday, January 31, 2008. Tristan's Celebration of Life service. I had so much fun day-after-day for 56 days giving updates of Tristan's life and now it's really hard because I really, really miss him sitting beside me(in his bouncy seat) as I type - it was so easy then! And, ultimately we wanted the service to bring honor and glory to the Lord for choosing Trayc and I to be Tristan's parents, for this being His plan for our family and for carrying our family every step of the...

The Story of Christian Dale Paige. January 23, 2009. It's been a long (and painful) month, but I am happy to report that my surgery went very well on Tuesday. The bandages and stitches come off next week and I'll be able to wear a removable brace until I am fully healed. I am so excited to be able to use my hand.at last! I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to brushing my hair! Now that I can put pressure on my fingers, I am excited to be able to post more regularly. January 23, 2009 at 10:28 PM.
