My quest to be 70's Big. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Wednesday's Squats and Deadlifts. I managed to get my 3 Squat days in this week and I feel like a badass. Squats felt good, my knees shot forward on my last 3 reps of my last set. Deadlifts didn't feel as good as they have been. Seemed to have trouble activating my hamstrings. My quest to be 70's Big. Tuesday, July 12, 2011. It was supposed to be 5x5. the top of my legs right at the hip joint told me to fuck off.5x3 it is. One of my goals is a 225 OHP. I'd like to be there this winter or next spring. I'm starting off very conservatively due to my right shoulder being prone to injury. Wednesday, March 21, 2012 - Bench Press. Day 2 of the 30in30. I have included a video of a 202.5 working set using my Metal Militia setup and tracking the bar from the top of my stomach to about over my chin. I'm pleased with the consistancy of the bar path and the fact my elbows don't go below parallel. I'm going to continue to work on my setup and arch. I felt strong with this form as well. Bar x 5, Bar x 5, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 202.5x3, 202.5x3. KB Banded Axle Bench Press.
