Meg's Food Reality. April 21, 2014. Lately, I have been following this little bean around the house as she has gone from crawling to walking MUCH quicker than we had all anticipated! Food wise- I continue to cook for our family. Staple breakfast: 2 corn tortillas, shredded zucchini, one egg and two egg whites, feta or light Cabot. And peach salsa,. Quick butternut and cauliflower soup,. Broccoli and light Cabot. 160; quiche,. I can’t get enough of these! And triple coconut sweet potato cake.

My grandmother would be 90 years today, and I only wish that I could pick up the phone or drive up to Glendale to say “happy birthday”. I know that she would love the fact that I live in Cincinnati and that I plan to marry the grandson of one of her childhood friends. I’ll have a Dewars on the rocks in her honor tonight. Beef Tips and Noodles. 2 lbs stew beef. 3 cans cream of mushroom soup. 1 t dried parsley. 12 oz egg noodles. Place beef, soup, and spices into a slow cooker.
