A dessert that is not too sweet . 3/4 cup Julie's Flour. 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum. 2 cups whipping cream. 1 cup fresh raspberries. 2 teaspoons vanilla instant pudding. Place all ingredients for the layers in a bowl or large measuring cup and whisk briskly until perfectly smooth. Put whipping cream, raspberries , sugar and vanilla pudding powder onto bowl of stand mixer and beat until thick.
