All still very much a work in progress! But here’s what we’ve done so far…. It had only one sink, wall paper, a rubber-type baseboard. And this is after painting the countertop. Restoring and modernizing a mid-century modern home. December 4, 2013. How I’m Doing With My To-Do List. A little while back, I posted a to-do list. Here’s how it’s going so far. New items are at the bottom in bold. Clean junk off the kitchen counter. Clean and seal the granite countertop. I still need to clean and seal the countertop, but I cleared everything off of it. It looks good! I’ll post pics soon. Clean leaves out of the fish pond and filter (if it’s not too wet out). Move clothes into closet.
