Thursday, 2 July 2015. Happy Hour / Maple Madness. Canada day has come and gone, but I'm still feeling patriotic. and what's more Canadian than good ol maple syrup. Unfortunately I've been banned from the bottle for a couple of weeks (damn you immune system! But I can still look, right? Maple syrup makes love to some bourbon and orange, with a cherry on top in this cocktail. Hipsters rejoice, maple meets mason jars in this martini recipe. Gets a bit of a new twist with maple syrup and orange bitters.
