Okay, so my body is in crippling pain, my ability to resist chocolate or sugar is at an all time low, and my skin is sensitive and angry looking. OH THE JOYS OF THIS MONTHLY CYCLE. But seriously, today is weigh in day, so here goes:. 12st 13.8lbs (no change). 313% (gain of o.2%). 49% (loss of o.2%). 315″ (loss of 1.5″). 39″ (loss of 2″). 12″ (loss of 1 per arm). 235″ (loss of 0.5″ per leg). The following is a list of goals I set myself at the beginning of January, as I complete them I will score them out as a visual reminder of my success, and add to them to keep myself motivated:. Complete 16 days of meal replacements. Complete 6-week circuit workout plan. Lose 8lbs by February. Take initial progress pictures and upload them. Update blog at least once a week throughout January. Take week 4 progress pictures. Lose 4lbs in February.

Realising Every Victory Outright in 2014. Welcome to R.E.V.O. During the week I fit in two ‘cardio’ sessions, which in my language means ‘treadmill sessions’. I’m still not comfortable enough to go running outside, for starters, I don’t have the right kit, in the second instance, I can’t stand the sight of my own body stationary never mind bobbing up and down at a fast pace so I can’t imagine anyone else wanting to see it either. Depending on your fitness/goals this can be used at high or low speeds....
