Chef’s brother (also a chef) is minding the children, with his fiancee for the first couple of days, so good healthy meals guaranteed there! Prepare vegetables to bite-size pieces. Drizzle with GOOD oil. Roast for 45 minutes. Looks good, I made roasted vegetable soup yesterday.delicious. January 9, 2008 at 12:44 AM. A Plaice for Everything. Friday, January 25, 2008. 1 cup parmesan cheese. 1lb lean minced beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tins chopped tomatoes. Small tin tomato paste. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix ingredients together, slowly adding the water. Mould the mixture into meatballs. Brown the balls on each side and simmer in the sauce for 20 minutes. Add to pasta (I used fresh penne). My Lemon Pie Dreams. Thursday, 6 December 2007. Most 'chefs' have a signature dish. Mine has turned out to be muffins! Although I'm not too bad a sauces either). This is so quick. Don't be precious about it, don't sieve anything, just bung it all together following the instructions below. Half tsp Bicarbonate of soda. 2 and a half oz Butter. Pre-heat the oven to 200c and prepare a muffin tin with 12 cases. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set to one side. Turn out onto a cooling tray and enjoy.
