Sunday, April 15, 2012. 1 lb rigatoni (or other pasta, I just happened to have rigatoni). 2 lbs cauliflower florets. 1 Tbsp olive oil. 1/2 c grated Parmesan. 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and a healthy dose of kosher salt. Spread them on a cookie sheet and roast them in a 400 degree oven until they are tender and golden brown on the edges.
