I read Understanding Exposure. And read it again. And again. I read countless photography books from the library. I have been inspired. And humbled by the talent I've been watching in Flickr. I have embraced RAW. I hung some photos on my wall. I made a quilt. I painted my children's bedrooms and my bathroom. We built a playset.

Thursday, October 23, 2008. Katie loves hanging out with Frankie, Lauren and "sister" Kayla. Here are some great shots from outside last weekend on a beautiful fall day. two are pretty unique-usually I'm behind the camera, not in the picture, and we actually got both kids to look at the camera and smile at the same time-very difficult! Doing her floor routine with her other teacher. We had a lot of fun this weekend, eating crabs with freinds and picking strawberries at larriland!
