Buckwheat soba noodle and smoked trout salad. 1 tin of smoked trout in olive oil. 1/2 bunch of buckwheat soba noodles. 3 cups of arugula. 1/4 of a cup of cherry tomatoes. 1/4 of a small sweet potato. Cook soba noodles following directions on packet. Peel and dice sweet potato and boil in salted water until tender. Wash and cut green beans into 1 cm pieces. Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Confessions of an egg addict. I am the biggest egg addict known to man. I love them because you can add almost anything to them and have a gourmet meal within minutes. I recommend buying a reasonably small skillet like the one below to make cooking eggs even easier. I've been interpreting the 'baked' eggs recipes by cooking them on top of other ingredients and covering with a lid. 2 organic, vegetarian cage free eggs (no exceptions). 1/2 cup diced yellow pepper. Heat olive oil in pan.
