A Circle of Three

A Circle of Three. February 09, 2017. Fully surrendered to God.  Our feelings, our emotions are meant to move us closer to God. As women we need to remember we dont have to fix things, deny things or pretend things away before coming to God. Can we simply allow ourselves to feel the brokenness and be ok with it? We can choose to be ok with the brokenness when we believe that Christ will always make a way for us. . Posted at 10:55 AM. February 06, 2017. Celebrate Who You Really Are. It saddens me to see p...

Thursday, August 28, 2008. Check out my new blog address:. Be patient as updates are made in order to make it look even better! Posted by Jennifer Bennett, MACE, LPC, LPF. Wednesday, August 20, 2008. So, I'm sitting here trying to figure out a new name for my personal blog. I think it might be time for a change. So, if you think of anything good, send me some ideas! I'm so not good with coming up with names for things! We just need two more people to sign on and then the trip will be a go! I can't believ...

Meandering Thoughts: April 2008

http://thelifeoflukeandjen.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html

Monday, April 7, 2008. Well, spring break is over with. I'm so sad! Luke and I went to Charleston, SC with his parents and just had an absolutely wonderful time! It was so hard to come home! We stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn near this harbor that was only like 2 minutes from downtown Charleston. This hotel was fabulous! It was very hard to come home. Along with that, the prices of houses in that area is absolutely disgusting! I already have two students that I am working with! Also, in about a week...

Meandering Thoughts

http://thelifeoflukeandjen.blogspot.com/2008/05/yes-its-been-some-time-since-i-last.html

Thursday, May 29, 2008. Yes, it's been some time since I last posted. So, I figured it was time for an update! Things are well-school is out! It's always such a great feeling to know that school is over and that you have a nice little 2-month break from the kids. I love the kids-but it's always nice to regroup and refresh. I'll keep you updated as the process moves on! About two weeks ago, Luke and I came back from Tennessee with the seniors from our school. We had the opportunity to chaperone. About 2 h...

Make sure to take some time this weekend in not only praising God and who He is, but also thanking Him for allowing His Son to die on the cross so that we may be Saved! Posted by Jennifer Bennett, MACE, LPC, LPF. Tuesday, March 18, 2008. Well, here it is Tuesday and I'm a tad bit tired! Next week I get to go to Tampa to m...

Meandering Thoughts: January 2008

http://thelifeoflukeandjen.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html

Tuesday, January 29, 2008. Mom and dad just made it back home today after being there for a week. Both grandparets are home and seem to be doing well. Luke and I are keeping our fingers crossed! If I get the position, I will also need to teach three classes which I know AP Literature would be one, and I would hope that the others would be 12th Grade English and an 11th grade Career class. Again, we will see! If you get a chance, check out my page at Shoutlife:. Posted by Jennifer Bennett, MACE, LPC, LPF.

Meandering Thoughts: August 2007

http://thelifeoflukeandjen.blogspot.com/2007_08_01_archive.html

Tuesday, August 21, 2007. It's so hard for me to believe that the summer is done already! So, because of that, once again, I could not get my room set up for like two days. The say of open house, I was finally able to get into my classroom and finish setting up. But, the AC did not begin working until after the first day of school. So, the other teacher and I ended up spending our first day of school in the multi. And what's even better is that Luke is enjoying the school. He is helping coach the foo...

Meandering Thoughts: November 2007

http://thelifeoflukeandjen.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html

Thursday, November 29, 2007. My how time flies! I just can't seem to get it into my head that Thanksgiving has already flown by and that Christmas will be here before we know it! Luke and I had a great Thanksgiving! We spent the holiday in Cape Coral with Luke's sister and her family, along with Luke's parents. It was actually really nice to get away for a couple of days and it was great fun being able to hang out and "play" with my nieces and nephew! Who knows what God has planned! Luke and I are consis...

I'm so not good with coming up with names for things! So, it should be an interesting year as I work with the teachers. Anyway, all in all, it's going really well. Of course, I was thrilled. I'm really hoping that come March of next year, my AP students and I can make a trip out to London! There you have it!

Musings from the Front Porch

October 07, 2011. Give my regards to Broadway, Remember me to Herald Square. That's right.in a few short hours we'll be headed to New York City! It's my first visit, and I can hardly wait. After 3 days in the city we're heading up to Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire, to hike, relax, and see some great foliage with Andrew's dad. It should be a lovely foil to the hustle and bustle of NYC. Musings from the Jon | Critiquing of the times we live in… and some music too

Musings from the Jon. Critiquing of the times we live in… and some music too. Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 1 Review. Well, well, well, look what we have here. It’s Harry Potter. He’s all bright, and shiny, and new again, just in time for the Dark Lord. While others may be throwing around those cheesy adjectives to describe the latest installment into the Potter franchise, I think the best compliment that I can possibly pay it is that it is a film. It's a long farewell. Hello to Jason Isaacs.
