Monday, July 11, 2011. A wonderful friend in our ward, Josie Cox, 15 years old, wrote a song for Jamison, with the help of Mrs. Heath, Jamison's Spanish teacher, and his choir teacher, Mr. Furch. Josie and Haden, another good friend, performed it at the Legacy Jr. High closing assembly on the last day of school. And now it's on itunes! It's an absolutely beautiful song. Thursday, May 7, 2009. Happy Birthday, Tristan and Raleigh! Tristan's Pine Wood Derby car - a skateboard! We had fun at the pine wood derby- he got 3rd place out of everyone, and we were thrilled! Jamison and Sean made cars too. Sean's came in second place in the dads' and brothers' race. (That's saying a lot- our bishopric really gets into this pine wood derby stuff, and they're pretty much professionals at it. The bishop's car has won three years in a row now.). Friday, September 25, 2009. Since school has started, I hardly feel like I can catch my breath! It feels like there are too many things to do, and not enough time. And I'm in school too! But I'm enjoying it. And it really makes my Tuesday afternoons and Fridays, when I'm not working, extra valuable. Jamison's not been on the offensive line very much this year, because he's not as bulky as he was in the past. Monday, August 17, 2009. Signs that these girls are growing up:. Only 2 kids in diapers. I wash bottles only once a day. Upper rack of dishwasher completely filled with sippy. My walls are 20% covered in crayon. And I am NOT kidding about the crayon. These kids are destroying my house. I have never ever ever had kids who wrote on walls before.
