Saturday, 12 May 2012. DUKAN TRUE WEIGHT - Mission Accomplished! I just wanted to share that I have now reached my Dukan True Weight! Todays weight - 12 stone 12.5llbs / 180.5llbs / 81.87kgs. I'm sorry I've been such a bad blogger but I just got to my breaking point and needed to prioritise. I was SO exhausted / stressed and obsessing about everything, I've just needed a bit of time to clear my head and regroup! More updates to come soon, I promise! The trials of Pipster. Friday, 30 April 2010. Dukan Attack Day 5. I've now lost over 6kg. Last night I pranced around the bedroom, trying on all of my favourite clothes which I couldn't even squeeze into this time last week. I'm well aware that I'll put a little back on again when I start to eat veg again, but I'm pretty happy right now. Anyway, to top this self-doubt off, I then invariably fail to meet my self-set deadlines and then end up feeling like I have failed and the whole cycle begins again.

Don't Offer me Chocolate. Monday, 1 August 2011. This summer is blowing by so fast, and I can count the beautiful days (in terms of weather) we've had on two hands. That being said, today is gorgeous outside. And I'm in here on the computer. Why? I just barely get any time these days. Life gets in the way. Work is busy, we had company for three weeks.
