The last few weeks I have been stressing/using my thinking cap for every possible ingredient they could ever pack in my basket. well guess what didn't think of these 4 things! We had 24 hours to brainstorm to come up with the best way to combine these ingredients in a decent meal. Honestly, how do those chefs do it in 20 minutes? This is what we did! I hate being stressed out with company over, so I did all the prep the night before. The chicken was almost ready to be put in the oven, I just had to add the final toppings. Sarah's Southwest Stuffed Chicken. Inspired by Trader Joe's Southwest Stuffed Chicken. Servings - 9 Stuffed Chicken Breast. 9 whole green chiles (canned). 8 oz Pepper Jack cheese.

My Extraordinary Adventure of Taste. Tuesday, February 26, 2013. Gluten Free. The way it has to be! Early February I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease after years of tummy issues, and I am happy to say I feel soooo much better. My 'issues' were something I just started to think were normal and it was how it would be for the rest of my life. Thank Goodness it isn't, well only if I say good bye to GLUTEN! Two weekends ago Andrew and I celebrated 4 years! Enjoyed gluten free parma pizza! Cheers to 4 years!

My Extraordinary Adventure of Taste. Sunday, June 17, 2012. Wow, these are good! I have been waiting and waiting to make these muffins, and I can't believe I waited for so long. They are absolutely delicious! See recipe here at Today's Letters. Blend Cashews and Coconut Oil (I used instead of Walnut Oil). Blend This was so good, I think I could eat spoonfuls, or spread on this bread. Whisk eggs, add banana cashew butter and all other ingredients. Put in muffin pans, cook at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.

Fashion blab: fall 2012 - drenched in black. Go ahead and disregard my previous post regarding my efforts to incorporate more color into my wardrobe. I could not be more please with the amount of black that came down the runway at NYFW 2012. Designers such as Prabal Gurung and Kimberly Ovitz created awesome looks complete with only one color. The use of different textures, fabrics, and lines gave way to interesting and appealing looks despite the singular color. Lace and feather dress over black slacks.
