972010 – mint brownies. September 7, 2010 at 10:00 am. Has to be my favorite brownie recipe. I have even stopped looking for a better one. It works everytime and it is so versatile. I made mint brownies by using mint chocolate chips. I have did make 2 changes to the original recipe, only because I felt they were a bit too sweet. Rather I wanted it to be more fiber filled and lower fat. Most of the sweetness comes from the banana and the crumb topping. The first is a yummy two-part butterfly die from Impression Obsession. The second die is the Die-namics Fancy Flourish. It's cut out of the back side of a Glitz Design patterned paper. It cuts beautifully, the two layers line up perfectly (well, as good as my old eyes work anyway! The circle is cut with a Spellbinders circle.use your choice of size. White and black cardstock. Monday, October 28, 2013. Here's my latest creation for the Bling Girls Design Team. This is the Spellbinders Poinsettia Die and a collection of May Arts Ribbons, all of which are available at A Scrap N Place. I didn't go watch Kittie's tutorial. Before I made this flower, and if I had, I probably would have put more shape in the petals. But it has a good amount of thickness. I'd want to use a dimensional envelope if I was going to mail it. Wednesday, July 2, 2014. I love red, white and blue! And I got a brand new stamp set from Technique Tuesday on Monday that I decided to use for this card. So, how did I make this one? Next I cut stars with the Sweet and Sassy star dies and stamped the images from Technique Tuesday's My Hero set on the diecuts. They're attached with dimensionals. The sentiment is also from the My Hero set and is heat embossed. This card is very mailable! No extra postage charges. Navy and white cardstocks. For: CAS at SCS.
