Saturday, February 28, 2015. A gal I follow on Instagram showed this book she was reading. So I bought in on Kindle and I have been amazed! Has made me think. Do I (we) derail (since this is a weight loss blog) our own health goals because we are afraid? Listen to people when they see our success when they say that we are taking it too far? Let me think about this. Why would (have) I derailed my own efforts? Fear of being in the spotlight. Fear of regaining and what other people would say. I can do this!

Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Jack is VERY interested when I am in the kitchen making my food. He is always WATCHING me. I still haven't made it all day and taken pictures of everything I have eaten. Bean soup. with cooked cabbage. And a bucket load of hot sauce. Skinny. er but smelly. Having meals handy is definitively helping. I just need to get my arse on my treadmill. Just 2-3 miles a day. Today's Weight 174.5. Total Loss: -2.5lbs. I have had a marvelous time shopping in my own closet. Everyday I find clothing that I loved too much to part with, so they were stuffed into drawers or the back of my closet. Trying them on and having them fit? I walk 40-75 minutes everyday followed by 35 minutes of swimming laps.
