Keep it pretty clean for the most part. Except of the beer of course. Feeling really good except for my shoulder. May try acupuncture. Dr. Mike recommended it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Tuesday, March 30, 2010. No words to describe. WOD: I chose to do 21-15-9, OHS, DL. I started with Rx'd weight. My back cramped up bad. Kept dropping weight, but back was still acting up. Jason said to call it a day and listen to my body because we don't want to hurt ourselves. Thank you Jason for making me stop because I would have kept going and probably severely hurt myself. Here is where the back problem stemmed from:. Breakfast: eggs, grapes, AB. Lunch: chicken, almonds. March 30, 2010 at 8:55 PM.

Glad I got to work out all week it really helps with the stress levels. I did get to do the 5k row.yuk my goal was under 20 and I think i did 1929 so that made me happy. Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Cleaned up my power cleans today. The light bulb finally went off. Now I should be able to lift some major weight! 7 minute ladders of wallballs and jumping ring pullups. I got 10 rounds. My wallballs feel like they are improving. Breakfast: eggs, strawberries, AB. Lunch: turkey patty, spinach, mixed nuts. Dinner: turkey, spinach, cheese (had to do it). 2 squares of dark chocolate. Time to go pack for Alabama. Thanks for all the support 5 and a quarter girls! You know who you are!

Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Breakfast: 4 eggs 20 Macs. Lunch: salad, ham, roast beef, turkey, onion, green pepper, cucumber, mustard, vinegar, unsweet tea 30 almonds. After training snack: hard boiled, 20 macs. Training: 10 broad jumps longest one was close to 7". Death by 10 meters 14 rds. 15 kbs 20 k. I think that I missed beer the most. Tuesday, March 30, 2010. 2 days and counting. Breakfast: 3 double yolked eggs, apple with AB. Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs, 30 macs. 7 towel pull ups. 7 burpee box jump 20".
