Monday, 15 April 2013. NGO challenge funding fully utilised! Thanks to all who worked incredibly hard to get the funding spent in such a short period of time! A fantastic achievement and not forgetting those unfortunately no longer with us (due to relocation overseas) who put so much work into the application! Sunday, 11 May 2014. May 2014 Work Day. The May work day proved to be productive with the adults doing the light work of removing weeds from the path, preparing the pizza oven, tidying the raspberry bushes, cutting the grass and removing nasty plants whilst the children took on the more serious tasks of catching frogs and building a den. Thanks to all who participated. The next work day is Sunday 1st June 2014 from noon to 4pm. Look what we caught! One man went to mow. Big A in the thick of it.

Monday, 4 February 2013. Muriel and emmas leaving drinkies jan 2013. It was a fond farewell to 2 of our most avid mca'ers! There was a great turn out and the nite started off pretty civilised. A few sore heads the next day no doubt but a great nites craic :o). Just cant recreate the hair pose Darren now the lucious locks are gone ;op. The hamper and spot prizes went down a treat! As did a few words from our glorious leader ;op ( do you miss the long locks Darren? A very belated happy new year to all!

Instructions for Flaming Nora our beautiful pizza oven. Use only sticks and paper to start the fire (firelighters will contaminate the floor and stink up your pizza). Set your fire just inside the oven and let it take. As the fire grows add wood slowly starting with thin logs and gradually increasing to the thickness of your arm.
