WELCOME TO MK WELLNESS. Any and all things related to fitness, health, exercise, hope, love and happiness! Thursday, October 21, 2010. Unit 2 Journey on Relaxation Exercise. After conducting the relaxation exercise, I felt so at ease, extremely limber; almost like a limp noodle! During the exercise, I noticed that tons of tension and stress seemed to be draining from my neck and shoulders. When instructed to lift my hands, it was possible, but very difficult. What a life that would be!
