Sunday, July 18, 2010. Edie spoke her first sentence the other day. Naturally, it was an imperative:. Mommy, draw flower! Tonight at supper, Vincent hit his Dad. Dad: Don't hit me. Vincent: I was chopping, not hitting. Mom: Chopping is hitting. They are both touching someone hard when they don't want to be touched like that.
