Let’s go over the numbers…. Range of motion: 30. Small improvements here over the past few weeks, so I figured an uptick was warranted. Right now I can rest it on the pillow next to my head, but that’s as close as my external rotation will allow. So, the QOLI score for this week is 60 (averaging the four scores). Not bad.
