In the life of a loser. My road to weight loss through gastric bypass. From start, to forever. Tuesday, September 16, 2008. My trainer kicked my ass this morning. Today was like last week 10 fold! It was amazing though, I feel like I could take on anything. This morning he had me warm up on the rowing machine. That was hard after a while but nothing compared to what was about to come! We then did cardio. On the bike, and finished with some core work and lots'o'stretching. 1/2 cup FF greek.

Friday, July 3, 2009. Today I reached another milestone. I am finally in the 250's! Granted I weighed in at 259.4 but I am in the 250's! I'm quickly running out of jeans/shorts/pants to wear. I have shorts and capri's and they are all too big for me. I have one pair of jeans sized 46 mens that fit perfectly. When I put them on I felt so good! I know it'll probably be teaspoon servings of everything, but that will be enough for me, as long as I am able to keep it down. You only see the change in my FACE?

Friday, June 12, 2009. It kind of seems weird when I think about it. Like it really hasn't happened and nothing has changed much. I mean I've been this weight and size before, ya know? But by this weight I had usually only lost 20-30lbs, not 60lbs! I pulled out some shorts sized 48 mens and they were loose! I could probably fit into a 46. That means I’ve lost 46.5 lbs so far, and I have 45 more to go to reach my goal weight. I’m three months out from surgery and already halfway to goal. How freakin fantastic is that?
