Friday, October 29, 2010. While in Utah a couple of weeks ago I enjoyed my parents satellite. One channel I now covet is their Food Network Channel. I watched the show "Mexican Made Easy" and loved it. I tried the recipe below and it was great. She didn't have a picture of the finished product but here is a pic of her book. Check her out here. Also have a Happy Halloween weekend. The above cupcakes would make a wonderful addition to the celebrations! Turkey Picadillo Sloppy Joes. Check out my Book!

Monday, January 27, 2014. Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. My kids love banana bread for breakfast. I often find myself buying a few loaves on special at Bob's Produce. And freezing them for later use. I had a few over ripe bananas on my counter and I kid you not, I almost threw them away! I wasn't planning on making banana bread last night, so I needed a recipe containing minimal ingredients I could find in my cupboards. 3 over ripe bananas. 1 t baking soda. 1 1/2 cup flour. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
