Et nanobryggeri på Fyn. 26 marts, 2007. Jeg tror ikke vores lille laug er specielt sammensat på nogen måde, men alligevel lykkes det gang på gang mine laugbrødre at give mig lyst til at afprøve nye øltyper og brygmetoder. Dette kommer så oveni den, i forvejen, lange liste af øl jeg har på min planlagte liste. Hjemmeside. Hold øje begge steder. 10 marts, 2007. Et nanobryggeri på Fyn. 30 oktober, 2006. Ølfestival i Horsens - Et Sammendrag. En rigtig god schwarzbier. Fyldig, men stadig med den undergærede øls lethed. Dette kunne bestemt godt være en øl man kunne have i tankerne, når jeg selv skal prøve at lave schwarzbier. Den første overraskelse (13,0%). Sort Hvede (6,5%). Greenland Christmas Ale (6,0%). En julebryg fra det nye Greenland Brewhouse. Øllet er en overgæret ale, med smag af karamel samt de tilsatte krydderier (jeg vil tro der er tale om koriand...
