Eat well, travel often. Fresh Fig and Prosciutto Pizza. This fig and prosciutto pizza. Has become my summer staple for two reasons:. 1) Soft and stickily sweet Black Mission figs are always readily available at my local produce market from late June through early fall. 8203;2) My kitchen gets uncomfortably warm when summer sets in, which I've learned is conducive to proofing yeasted doughs that bake up beautifully! 8203;The inspiration for this fig and prosciutto pizza recipe.
