This time I wanted to write books that were great adventures, with terrific characters, but I also wanted them to be funny. And that was hard, because I’ve never written humorous books before. That would be really embarrassing. What sort of things inspire you? I’v...

Jade Harmer: About
http://www.jadeharmer.com/p/about-me_1.html
Read Write Create Aspire. I've had a keen interest in reading, writing and creating since junior school when I wrote and illustrated my first book,. It wasn't the best-seller. I'd hoped for, but we all have to start somewhere! A loving story of a boy and his mouse.'. I write picture books that are fun, quirky and surprising, although I also enjoy dipping my toes into junior fiction and experimenting with flash fiction. Those who make the craft of creating a picture book look so deceptively simple!
