Friday, March 23, 2012. Seriously it's time to make a better effort. I try to eat good. But I am ready to kick it into high gear. To get my body heathy and feeling in tip top shape. And not to mention get the look I want. So starting today I will take a step in the right direction. And everyday, excluding Sunday, I will do something for at least 45 min. I will be aware and think about whatever food goes into my mouth. I want more energy and be more in control,. Instead of feeling guilty for what I ate.

Friday, August 29, 2008. Just have to say. I know I already posted today but I just have to say that I came home at about 8:30 and really wanted to eat cookies with my kids but I resisted and it was really hard. Friday, May 20, 2011. Sometimes I just don't want to. It is after 2:00pm and I am still in my running clothes. I came home from work at 8:30am and put them right on. Friday, October 14, 2011. Hole 1. Me 0. I don't know what my deal is, but it's just hard for me to just go get new things. So when it came to my dear running shoes nothing was different. Sunday, November 30, 2008. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. I wish I could have had Lisa's report. Way to go, Lis! This week will be great. Here is the break down so far:. I decided that during the holiday season I am not going to cut out sweets because that has led to disastrous weekends in the past. I will just try to include them in my calories, if I must have some.
