http://tawtieanddobie.blogspot.com/2012/01/new-year-new-me.html
It's a wonderful life! Wednesday, January 18, 2012. New Year, New Me! This past summer, one of the nurses on my floor started using Xyngular and talking about how great she was feeling. She quickly decided to sell it and a couple of nurses on my floor started buying it from her. I had an interest in losing weight because I have finally reached that age where I will gain weight if I’m not proactive about it. But, I wasn’t. I decided instead to go the exercise route. One friend has lost over 40 lbs, anothe...

Here's my sweet, baby boy just moments after he walked into my arms. Boy was he so precious! I look at those first pics now, and notice that he had a bit of a "deer in headlights" look about him. He was so brave! I don't feel like every family i...

The Best Life: Grand Turk
http://janabest.blogspot.com/2011/11/grand-turk.html
Monday was our first port stop, Grand Turk in Turks and Caicos Islands. We arrived at port around 7:30 am and I was up early excited to watch us approach land. I went to the gym where I knew I would have a nice view from the front of the ship. Then I made it back to the room to watch the docking process from our balcony. I was amazed to see how smooth and quietly we "landed.". It is amazing how giant the cruise ships are.and ours was a "small one". Our ship in the background. Was it uncomfortably humid?

It's a wonderful life! Sunday, June 26, 2011. Hann's first sewing project. This is Hannah. I made this apron by myself with Mommy's help. First I picked out my favorite fabric, then I pinned the pattern down. And then I cut it out. Next, I sewed it. And last but not least, I strung the ties through the neck. Love, Hannah. A few weeks ago Josh came home from work and casually handed me a copy of the Pacific Coast Business Times, a weekly business journal serving Ventura. Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. The "NO TV" challenge. Lately I have been sick of the way our television watching is affecting our lives. I am not the most disciplined person in the world so it is hard to keep it to a minimum sometimes. Not only is it tempting to let my watching take over, but it's also tempting to let Kaylee watch more than she should so that she is "busy" or out of my hair! Relationships, pride for the way I kept up with house work and thankfulness that I felt rested in the mornings instead of grumpy and irritable!
