Thursday, December 4, 2014. To Nourish and Strengthen. As members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints we pray a lot! The best thing I have learned through our whole "trial" is to pray more often and to say thankful prayers. Most of my prayers nowadays involve a lot of thank yous and please bless my husband to heal. Who came up with that? So when we say those words they aren't just lip service they are meaningful to us and we truly pray that they are heard by our Heavenly Father.

He will have another follow up and CT scan and ERCP in a couple weeks to check progress. It's going to take years for me to relax and not panic at every stomach ache he gets. Monday, November 30, 2009. This month Dustin got the student of the month award. It was a surprise for him, so that is his pleased grin. I made some turkey cupcakes for the ladies that I visit teach and some for Alexis' preschool class. I thought they looked like turkeys, but my kids asked me what they were. The end of October. Tuesday, October 16, 2012. On Sunday afternoon, my husband and I sat down and quickly planned out 17 dinners, lunches for kids and breakfasts for all. From that, I made a grocery list with all of the ingredients we would need plus quite a few things we were out of. Two hours, three stores and $308 later, I had everything I needed. Why 17 dinners? I find this method to be so much easier on me. I have felt like I am at the store almost every day lately and still not sure what's for dinner most nights!
