This place is located in the old city section of Philadelphia. I highly recommend this place because it was free to get in and not that far away from GSE. As soon as you walk into the club you feel like you are actually in Cuba. Towards the middle of the night dancers perform spectacular dance numbers! This Is Me:) * *.

Wednesday, December 19, 2007. And so it is.the last day of the semester. After 70 classes attended, 80 pages written, and more than a hundred hours reading, we survived! Most of you reading this are contemplating pursuing a masters or doctorate degree at Penn GSE and its important to realize the type of commitment you are making, but also to understand that it is feasible and that even during times when you doubt how you survive, remember that many have done it before you, and you will make it out.

The week before spring break I met with my adviser to discuss the various career opportunities there are in the field of literacy. One aspect that was mentioned in our discussion was publishing and literacy. My adviser recommended that I visit a publishing company and speak to someone in that field. PS I can't believe spring break is over! Now back to work :(.
