Sharing my life with you x. An insight into a small insight. All of my insights. Little black dress day! Strawberry cloud cake →. October 26, 2012. Growing up this was one of my favourite foods and it’s still in my top 10 as an adult x It was one of the first recipes I ever learnt from my mum before I left home, although fish was a lot cheaper then! You’re welcome xx haha x. 400g baby potatoes, chopped into even sized pieces. 1 large onion, finely diced. 2 good sized smoked haddock fillets (I used undyed).

Container gardening in my small front garden - dig the outside

http://www.digtheoutside.com/2013/05/01/container-gardening-in-my-small-front-garden

May 1, 2013. Container gardening in my small front garden. Last year because we had so little time at the weekends. To the right of my door we plant into the ground and have a mixture of spring and summer bulbs plus perennials and grasses. Look at how this little pot has come on in the last few weeks. I love my Skimmia Japonica (below), it was tiny when I moved in and has really flourished. Even a house with no garden can have a window box – providing there’s a window ledge! You might also like:. Summer favourites - sweet peas - dig the outside

http://www.digtheoutside.com/2013/09/07/summer-favourites-sweet-peas

September 7, 2013. Summer favourites – sweet peas. I have to admit that I’ve never picked sweet peas for the house before and I’ve only been growing them for a couple of years. So much so, I even started sowing the seeds for this summer back in November. My experiments with sweet peas:. C) April: Sowed tons of s...

Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Nothing gets wasted from the vegie patch! The girls are feasting on some cauliflowers that were ready for the compost! I love the way they were looking for any slugs among the leaves, alas this time there were no tasty treats to be had. Happy Gardening! Posted by Sarah McGrath. August 13, 2013 at 2:00 PM. Our hens have taken matters into their own hands (talons? I found them in the potager hopping up and down plucking at my autumn fruiting raspberries. Beware!
