Karamani usili this is a south Indian dish loved by all tamilians, mostly Brahmins, the first time when I tasted this dish, I really loved it, and asked my mom to teach me, so I have tried this, and so friend’s u can also taste this. Long Beans - 150gms. Thoor dhal - 100gms. Dry chilly - 3 nos. Boil long beans with salt and turmeric powder. Soak thoor dhal in water for two hours. Drain and grind thoor dhal with dry chilly. Tomato soup well known to all, mainly during this summer season when the tomato prices are very cheap, this simple soup goes well with all dishes, its good and healthy dish for kids at all age groups. Tomato - 4Nos (big). Coconut - Two large pieces. Fennel seeds -11/2 tsp. Small onions - 4nos. Karipatha and coriander leaves. Heat oil in the pan, fry with sombu, small onions, green chilies and karipatha, now pour the soup in the pan, bring to boil and finally add coriander leaves.
