Prepare to Eat: Unprocessed: Day Twenty

http://preparetoeat.blogspot.com/2011/10/unprocessed-day-twenty.html

All recipes and meal plans shared here are made with the Weston A Price Foundation's dietary wisdom in mind. Thursday, October 20, 2011. I am getting bad at updating about our meals this month! By substituting rapadura for the sugar and using 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground cloves, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, and a bit of grated fresh ginger for the pumpkin pie spice. I would recommend ground ginger in place of fresh, unless you are going to strain it. Thursday, October 20, 2011 9:22:00 PM. A Week In My Kitchen.

Gomboblog: Chia Pudding

http://gomboblog.blogspot.com/2011/12/chia-pudding.html

Raising seven foodie children and reforming one picky husband one fabulous meal at a time! Saturday, December 17, 2011. I'm a little late to the chia party. All the health conscious people I know have been recommending chia seeds for a while. I finally tried them recently. Guess what? I'm in love. They go in our morning oatmeal daily. they get sprinkled in and on top of bread. They get tossed into smoothies. Today I debuted them for dessert! Actually, Meg made this by herself. Enough for our crowd! My na...

Monday, March 8, 2010. Fermented Cod Liver Oil. I have a few other posts in the makings (salmon head soup. with photos! But I wanted to do a quick note on the fermented cod liver oil giveaway that Kelly the Kitchen Kop is doing here. I have just started taking cod liver oil (not the fermented kind), but all the fabulous benefits are here. I don't mind the flavor much, and I usually drink some water after I take it. My housemate plugs her nose when she takes it :D. Also, I ordered some water kefir grains.

Quite disappointed, Ed pushed the accordion under his bed and ignored its presence entirely. After som...

Raising seven foodie children and reforming one picky husband one fabulous meal at a time! Friday, November 23, 2012. When it comes to Black Friday, I'm a conscientious objector. The Friday after Thanksgiving should begin late, after a deep turkey tryptophan induced sleep that makes you sleep in. Gana and our friend Sean eating pie directing from the pans on our back porch.
