Reflections, insights and things I like. August 10, 2009. What are my thoughts and reflections in the middle of the night? Well, there are lots. I think I need a lot of time to reflect, and I need time and space to myself. It has been a wonder and a relief to have that imposed on me now. My peace of mind and quality of life benefit from it. Laquo; Starting out. This makes me smile. Can I recommend the book ‘The Artist’s Way’? It’s all about setting aside time to think, dream, process…. On August 13, 2009.

Reflections, insights and things I like. January 3, 2013. Reflections on monks, mother T and money. One of the things that struck me most deeply in Burma were the monks. It was a genuine thrill to be able to go to Burma, or Myanmar to give it is official name, in December – it is an amazing and magical place. Alongside many meetings and work-related tasks I was able to go to the Swedagon pagoda and chat to some friendly monks. The monks will live long in my memory. What is it about the monks? Which value...

Starting out | Thinkincolour's Blog
https://thinkincolour.wordpress.com/2009/08/10/starting-out
Reflections, insights and things I like. August 10, 2009. I’m inspired to start blogging. This is mainly because i’ve decided that since I fell out of love with Facebook, i’ve lacked a way of expressing myself, and a blog may be the way to process some of my thoughts, ramblings, and ideas with the world. I communicate a lot more clearly in written text than i do with people (we’ll see whether this proves this or not! So i’m hoping that this will give me the freedom of expression that i crave.

Reflections, insights and things I like. November 5, 2009. I’ve had a really creative couple of weeks! Despite the fact that I am not particularly co-ordinated or dexterous, and so don’t appear like the kind of person who should be creative (watercolours wouldn’t be my strong point! I do need a creative outlet! For me, words, ideas and seeing things differently (photography is cool for this! All energise me. I wish I was more musical, but I probably need to put more work in with my guitar! France hasn...

Reflections, insights and things I like. August 5, 2010. I’ve had a wonderful day. Today was my penultimate day at Tearfund. It has been a real priveledge, and really enjoyable. I’ve learnt so much from so many people. It really has been a little bit of heaven- a sight of what the kingdom of God looks like in many different ways- through friendships, through courageous leadership, and prophetic words. Reflections, insights and things I like. October 7, 2009. My last blog was about transformation- and this is linked in a way. Its all about change, and how we deal with it- what it looks like, and how sometimes something absolutely right can feel absolutely wrong- or at least really difficult. Growth is the only evidence of life. Laquo; Reflecing change. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Fill in your details below or click an icon to log in:. Address never made public).
