Loving yoga and learning to live gluten free. I’ve been experiencing pretty bad migraines. Since college. I’m not sure if they started before that…maybe? Lately, though, they’ve been getting worse. So bad, in fact, that I’ve gone through almost every medication and treatment out there for migraine prevention and treatment (because I’m that special, obvs).
