Sunday, 24 July 2011. I teach children on the Autism Spectrum and love it! These children are so special and I want to be able to contribute to their lives in some way and teaching yoga is a way that I can do this. I started teaching this class about a year ago and it has given me, the parents and the children much joy. I learn as much from them as they learn from me. The class ends with the same song each week. May the long-time sun shine upon you,. All love surround you. And the pure light within you.

Tuesday, 30 August 2011. On Sunday I was involved in a yoga festival here in Adelaide. Just a small event but the Kundalini Yoga teachers here worked together to grow Kundalini Yoga. Thursday, 5 May 2011. ME and sat nam. Sometimes I just want to get off the merry-go-round of life. It's hard to evaluate what is good for me sometimes. Then I bounce ideas off different people and then I'm more confused as everyone has a buy in!
