Kundalini Yoga Teachers Australia New Zealand. The business side of yoga. August 10, 2008. Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo. I have been wanting to put together a Blog for KYTANZ for sometime now and I feel great relief to finally have this happening. The purpose of this blog is twofold to keep you up to date with any teachers news but also to help the new teachers with their transition from student to teacher. At the recent Level 2 Teacher Training – Authentic Relationships I nominated for Community Develop...

Self Healing: Why do you cry at Yoga?
http://rarestgem.blogspot.com/2011/10/why-do-you-cry-at-yoga.html
Sunday, 2 October 2011. Why do you cry at Yoga? We had done a lovely Kriya and meditation and at the end of class a few of the participants had some tears. Often you may cry during a yoga session as it releases stored emotions. Sometimes you do not even know why you cry and the emotional energy is seemingly unrelated to the specific moment at hand. This is quite normal, it happens and as a teacher I have seen if often. Posted by The Rarest Gem. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Rarest Gem Website.

Self Healing: March 2011
http://rarestgem.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, 31 March 2011. The Blog.the beginning. So where to start? This blog came about when my partner asked me once again to write a book. Me write a book? What would I write about and who would be interested in reading it? So he suggested starting a blog. I have been very opposed to this blogging idea but I do like to share my experiences so here I am, out there on the net, writing down my thoughts and experiences for whomever wishes to read them. Self Healing: June 2012
http://rarestgem.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 20 June 2012. Where I am at. It's been six months or more since my last post. I am not brilliant at this! I have found it very challenging indeed, to keep a journal at the best of times is hard for me. To keep a blog seems nearly impossible. But here I am again, blogging to the world. So what's been happening? Life has had its ups and downs as with all of us. It's been a turbulent start to 2012 but I think that it's leveling out a bit for me. There was something in this but I still wasn't sure...

Self Healing: November 2011
http://rarestgem.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 23 November 2011. Blissful, Beautiful and full of Grace. It can be overwhelming at times, but what I try to remember is that all discomfort is temporary. It is on its way out. If I can commit to a daily practice, whether it is doing a three minute meditation before bed or getting up at for early morning sadhana, the changes will occur and after a period of time life will become blissful, beautiful and full of grace. Self Healing: Transformation
http://rarestgem.blogspot.com/2011/08/transformation.html
Tuesday, 30 August 2011. On Sunday I was involved in a yoga festival here in Adelaide. Just a small event but the Kundalini Yoga teachers here worked together to grow Kundalini Yoga. It was a wonderful afternoon and all that came enjoyed themselves. My part in the day was to start with some breathwork followed by a small talk and a Kriya. My talk was about transformation and I'd like to share it. Posted by The Rarest Gem. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Rarest Gem Website.

Self Healing: April 2011
http://rarestgem.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 27 April 2011. This last weekend we spent our time in Renmark with my parents. They left Adelaide about 10 years ago when they retired and moved to the Riverland and have made a wonderful home and many friends there. Posted by The Rarest Gem. Friday, 15 April 2011. Often I would turn away from my practice but something always called me back. I now know that it is the feeling of peace and the sense that I can connect with me and others through the feeling of peace. Posted by The Rarest Gem.
