Thursday, August 6, 2009. About two weeks ago I got to go see the Broadway Production of Wicked at the theater at ASU. I went with some gals from my Book Club. I really enjoyed it. It was funny! Monday, August 24, 2009. Andrew was the tallest person in his class. Teachers kept giving him a strange look wondering if he was lining up with the wrong class. He was very stressed out when he got home because Anthony and Megan both had homework and he didn’t have any. I guess he felt left out. I don't actually remember learning the definition of epithet but if anyone had asked I would have said it was a slur against someone. ie.two-faced. However, did you know that "Alexander the Great" is also an epithet? It's going to take me a while to get used to the idea that calling someone a "peacemaker" is indeed an epithet.

Another week of heat. We just returned from Dallas, may I say it was amazing. 🙂 I can say that the heat is not near as bad up there. I want to bring their weather down south. Kelly made me do it. Friday, October 05, 2007. Continued recap of last weekend. Sunday we went to the aquarium. I was really impressed by how far it's come, after everything having died from Katrina. It was a pretty good experience for an aquarium, but I really have little perspective about "normal" aquariums. I was spoiled rotten by the Monterey Bay aquarium, which is gonna be tough to beat.
